Mike Sanders
Chief Executive Officer
After a successful career in the Armed Forces, Mike has been supplying IT solutions in to Healthcare for almost 20 years. Mike was involved in the creation of Clinically Supportive Patient Flow Technology at its inception and has an unrivalled wealth of knowledge and passion in this area. Mike is responsible for the P&L and operational elements of all business at Intouch (Globally) as well as the ongoing business strategy.

Kevin Fletcher
Chief Operating Officer
Kevin leads the Intouch Operations Team, and the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business. This after previously spending several years in the Royal Army Medical Corps. Kevin has been supporting the supply of IT solutions into health environments for over 15 years and has implemented technology all around the World and is often found these days, residing in Australia, supporting Intouch’s growth.

Pete Beaumont
Director of Sales
Pete leads the Intouch sales team and has been working in the healthcare IT for some 30 years. Having worked in sales for BT Health for many years Pete understands the unique requirements of the healthcare market and NHS, and thrives on sharing his experiences with potential clients. Pete is passionate about bringing innovative solutions to the market to improve the patient experience and enhance the efficiency of health providers.

Sharon Gater
Director of Account Services
Having worked previously as a Senior IT Project Manager at GlaxoSmithKline, Sharon now heads up the Account Services team assisting and supporting Intouch Customers as well as defining new product strategy based on her close relationship with the Intouch with Health user group.

David Elliott
Programme Director
After a 33-year career in the Armed Forces, Dave has been supplying IT solutions in to Healthcare for almost 6 years. Dave is now leading the Programme and Project Teams for Intouch with Health and has a wealth of knowledge in the Clinically Supportive Patient Flow Technology area.

Doug Hopkins
Director of Business Development
Doug has worked alongside Health & Social Care Organisations for over 25 years, providing him with a detailed knowledge of the sector & its pressures. This has enabled Doug to deliver innovative & collaborative solutions, whilst establishing long standing relationships & partnerships across the sector.

Yara Safi
International Account Director
Yara leads Intouch with Health's international sales team. Joining the company in January 2020, Yara has quickly established herself as a key member of the team. Yara is fluent in six languages (including Arabic) and brings a wealth of experience and key strategic insight into Intouch with Health’s international operations.

Colin Pye
Director of Marketing
Colin leads the Intouch Marketing team and as an experienced Professional Engineer, Colin’s career has seen him work across multiple industry sectors. This includes starting at the bits and bytes to implementing technology and realising the benefits. Having worked for, and with, the NHS for over 25 years his passion remains with a focus on productivity and efficiency through process change and technological innovation.

Tori Dand
Head of Synopsis Projects
Tori leads Intouch with Health’s digital pre-operative projects team, bringing her wealth of healthcare technology experience to every project. Specialising in multi-team change management projects for over 10 years, Tori collaborates with the Hospital teams to implement the pre-operative technology to enhance the current working performances and provide future adaptions for improved patient care.

Richard Burt
Director of Technical Services
Richard has been working in the IT industry for over 20 years, with a focus on healthcare IT. He has spent the past 12 years developing, implementing and supporting patient flow and self-check-in solutions. Richard directly overseas the product development, integration services and helpdesk teams and leads the company’s strategy regarding modern technology development and implementation.

David Warburton
Regional Sales Director
David has worked for 36 years in the Healthcare sector including 23 years as a senior manager in the NHS working in organisations including FHS and the NHS Information Authority. Since leaving the NHS in 2005, David has worked in various business development and sales roles in the private sector. David has been employed as a Regional Sales Director with Intouch since 2010. He has successfully negotiated some of the largest patient flow management contracts within the NHS acute sector to date.

Michael Applewhaite
Synopsis Regional Sales Director
Michael joined the team when Synopsis was acquired by Intouch with Health in August 2019 and oversees the dedicated pre-operative assessment side of the Intouch Patient Journey Platform. Working in Healthcare Technology for over 20 years, Michael has built a wealth of experience with cutting-edge technology. Beginning with the first integrated speech recognition solution within PACs (Picture Archive and Communication system), through to the first fully digital pre-operative solution (Synopsis iQ).

Colin Garrod
Regional Accounts Manager
With a career encompassing R&D, manufacturing, pre- and post-sales, Colin brings a wealth of experience in understanding healthcare needs and how these can be fulfilled. Resultingly, Colin deploys emerging I.T. to resolve the challenging needs of the NHS and includes especially difficult areas such as Emergency Departments (A&E).

David Moscrop
Implementation and Integration Manager
David leads the Integration Team and has nearly 20 years working experience in the Healthcare industry; including 12 years as a Software Developer for the NHS before moving to Intouch as a Technical Integration and Implementation
Lead. David specialises in the design and development of integration solutions; using a number of messaging/API and Robotic Automation technologies.

Andrew Willets
Helpdesk Manager
Andrew leads the Helpdesk Team at Intouch and has spent the last 8 years deeply involved in the progression and maintenance of Clinically Supportive Patient Flow Technology and would effortlessly be considered as an expert in this field.

Janet Smith
Service Level Manager
Janet has been with Intouch for 10 years and has a wide range of experience, having started her IT career in the mid-1980s gaining experience in all aspects of Systems Development.
Her role within Intouch involves her in Service Level management, Information Governance and Security, ISO 27001 and the policies and procedures which support all of these areas.
