Intouch awarded Acute Sector Award at the NHS in the North Excellence in Supply Awards

Intouch with Health is thrilled to announce being awarded the Acute Sector Award at last night’s NHS in the North Excellence in Supply Awards 2019 at The Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds.

Intouch was nominated for the award following a 2018 project to transform the patient flow system at Aintree University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, alongside digital communication experts, DrDoctor. As a direct result of this project, Aintree University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust now benefits from an enhanced patient communications system, with a high-level digital engagement platform.

Commenting at the awards, Mike Sanders, Chief Executive Officer at Intouch said “What an incredible night at Excellence in Supply Awards 2019. In what was already a memorable night, Intouch was awarded Runner Up in the Innovation Award category in conjunction with the Synopsis element of the business for the pre-operative platform delivery at Aintree University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
