Intouch with Health appointed supplier on the NHSX Remote Monitoring Technology Platform
Intouch with Health (ITWH) is pleased to announce its inclusion on the NHSX Remote Monitoring Technology Platform, via the Crown Commercial Services (CCS).

The NHSX Remote Monitoring Technology Platform has been brought together to help support remote care across NHS England with a focus on COVID-19 patients and the management of patients with Long Term Conditions.
Specifically, the framework is designed to enable NHS and care organisations to access remote care technology platforms attuned to their local operational environment. NHSX, through Sparks DPS has identified ITWH as an assured supplier within this framework.
Remote health monitoring enables the ITWH technology platform to be deployed to monitor patients in non-clinical environments such as in the home. The technology delivers benefits to both patients and clinicians by enabling the monitoring of patients with COVID-19 within a ‘Virtual Ward’ model. The ITWH Patient Journey Platform deploys remote physiological monitoring devices, enabling symptom tracking and the monitoring of patient conditions using a configurable dashboard.
This approach has the potential to improve the quality of life for patients and reduce hospital visits. It is also a valuable addition when care providers wish to configure ‘remote’ consultations to track patient progress ‘virtually’.
