Intouch with Health wins at the Health Tech Digital Awards 2021
Intouch with Health is delighted to announce its success at the Health Tech Digital Awards 2021, with the Intouch Platform winning the prestigious ‘Best Healthcare Management Solution’ category.
Flow Manager, the solution at the heart of the Intouch Platform, now processes over 52 million NHS outpatients appointments annually and approximately 41% of all NHS outpatients attendances. The Intouch Platform is developing at pace, integrating more systems and processes throughout the hospital, connecting previously siloed systems to provide a joined-up approach to healthcare, from patient self-check-in to discharge, and beyond with integrated remote care.
Following the launch of Version 8 of the Intouch Platform, all virtual appointments (phone and video) can be managed on one dashboard alongside patients physically attending the hospital, supporting ‘blended clinics’ to be run as efficiently as face-to-face clinics – complete with PAS / EPR integration.
Recently, the Intouch Platform has also been developed to support remote clinics and diagnostic centres, such as the remote outpatient clinic in a Poole department store. As part of the University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust’s 'Think BIG’ project to reduce backlogged outpatient appointments, the Intouch Platform will play a key role in managing the data for patients from the Trust’s Royal Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Hospitals who attend its remote outpatient clinic at Beales Department Store in Poole.
