Statement from Intouch with Health Regarding the Impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Outbreak
We would like to offer assurance that the health and wellbeing of Intouch with Health’s employees, customers and partners during this outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) is our primary concern.
We also keenly understand that our hard-working NHS team is being stretched by the outbreak and support from its partners and suppliers, through this period is vital.
Considering Government and Chief Medical Officer advice, Intouch has enabled all staff to work remotely and placed precautionary restrictions on travel and face-to-face meetings.
Many of our team already work flexibly, and indeed remotely, across the UK, and we have enabled our office-based staff to also work in this way to limit their potential exposure to the virus and provide continuity of support.
As the internal infrastructure at Intouch already supports flexible and remote working, we have been able to adopt this policy seamlessly with continuity of service and operational support for our customers.
We are constantly evaluating the situation and regularly updating all staff.
