The CAM is responsible for handling current NHS/Intouch accounts. The CAM will foster a long-term relationship between the company and the customer as well as involvement in renewable projects, accounts, contracts, or issues that might be relative to that customer. The CAM will liaise frequently with the customers to assure them of their importance and this helps to build the customers respect and trust in that business and increase customer satisfaction.
The Right Person
You must have extensive experience of the NHS and you will apply this knowledge within the role of Customer Account Manager. You are an ambitious, focused professional who has proven and well-developed relationship management and customer service skills. You have a high sales orientation, you thrive on managing and developing initiatives that make incremental improvements.
